Larry brings years of hands-on marine construction experience and a deep understanding of waterfront structures, shoreline protection, and the unique challenges of building along the Gulf Coast. His focus is quality craftsmanship built to last.
ERLINDA DODD
Operations & Customer Experience
Erlinda oversees business operations, customer experience, marketing, and project coordination. She develops organized systems that deliver clear communication, premium service, and a smooth experience while preparing GCMC for long-term growth.

She assists with executive support, operational coordination, internal systems, and customer-facing tasks so the team can stay focused and projects can move forward smoothly. Her attention to detail and dependable support help strengthen both the customer experience and GCMC’s continued growth.
