Eligible Mississippi Gulf Coast waterfront-property owners who want consistent documentation and clearer maintenance planning for bulkheads, docks, piers, boathouses, boat lifts, shorelines, and access areas.
No. The inspection covers reasonably visible and safely accessible conditions and is not an engineering or underwater inspection.
If an inspection identifies a maintenance or repair concern, GCMC will explain the finding and recommend the appropriate next step. Any chargeable repair or construction work will be provided under a separate scope and estimate for your approval before work begins. Preferred and Premier members may apply their qualifying annual service credit toward eligible GCMC maintenance or repair work.
